Job Profile – This role plays a very important role of creating design solutions that have a high visual impact while we communicate with our prospective as well as existing customers. The designs are required for Motion Wi-Fi Project and while we communicate across mobile, web, print and other media. including corporate communications and corporate identity. The designer will work closely with the Brand Manager and work to a brief agreed with the business heads. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of mobile & web design software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities :

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
• Working with a wide range of media, including online tools; proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
• Working on layouts and artworking pages, htmlisation
• Developing interactive design

Educational Qualifications – Graduate – preferably degree / diploma in graphic design from reputed institutes

Professional Experience-

• 1-2 years of working as a graphic designed – preferably for a mobile / web product company
• Exposure to a Direct-to-Consumer product preferred
• Should know tools like Photoshop, Coral Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe CS
• Should have experience doing web design, brochures, emailers etc
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash;

Please note that this role is 6 months contract based and depending on the business and future requirements we may absorb the same as a permanent role.

Job Title – Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer [Java]

Job Profile – We are looking for mobile app developers who will be involved in Development of end-to-end web applications / desktop applications / web services / windows services

Principal Duties/Responsibilities :

• Owning and working end-to-end on an application - from system (server, deployment, configuration management) to back end (container, application, database) to front end (JSP, AJAX, Tiles, CSS, HTML, JavaScript).
• Writing efficient and readable code, and having an appreciation for the same
• Working on JVM, memory management and optimization
• Compliance with build and configuration management process
• Develop and maintain new features on J2EE stack
• Application of design patterns and frameworks

Educational Qualifications – B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science or related field from a premier institute.

Professional Experience-

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in software development.
• Experience in Web development (e-commerce/B2C) is a must.
• Experience with a start-up would be added advantage.

Functional Competencies-

• Data Structures and algorithm
• Proficient in Java
• Strong hands-on development experience including real-world web development using JSP, Java Servlets, Java Struts, Spring and Hibernate
• Exposure to app servers like JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere and/or Apache Tomcat
• Client side development experience using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap), AJAX, and JSON
• Experience in caching technologies (memcached, redis etc)
• Experience working on DROOLS or any other rule-engine
• Previous start-up experience or contribution to any open source project is preferred
• Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
• Good understanding of OO programming and design patterns
• Strong fundamental understanding of web application technology
